Calculators
Free, no-login calculators for growth, health, sport and nutrition. Most are informational/screening; clinical decisions belong to a clinician.
Read the method, range and limitation together
Source measurements and interpretive outputs are separate. Maturation-related tools do not run without an explicit approved age/capacity policy; the remaining calculators cannot confirm a diagnosis, replace an examination or decide sport suitability.
Clinical boundary
Red flags, unexpected trends or conflicting results need assessment by a qualified clinician. Specialist tools remain role-gated and keep calculation inputs on the device.
Height & Growth
Percentile projection
Source measurements remain separate; projection is policy-locked.
Target height (MPH)
Parent height is source data; target-height interpretation is policy-locked.
Khamis-Roche
Adult-height interpretation is policy-locked.
Bayley-Pinneau
Bone-age interpretation is policy-locked.
Bone age (AI)
AI interpretation is policy-locked; clinical source stays separate.
Growth velocitynew
cm/year and PHV interpretation are policy-locked.
Camera measurement
Assisted height measurement from a photo.
Preterm (Fenton)new
Preterm weight/length/head z-score & percentile.
Down syndrome growthnew
Down syndrome–specific (Zemel 2015) weight/height z-score.

How results should be used
1. Verify the input
Use a calibrated device, the correct unit, an accurate age/date and the reference population stated on the tool.
2. Keep uncertainty visible
Prediction intervals, measurement error and population differences belong to the result; do not hide them behind one number.
3. Keep gated output closed
Do not derive maturation, adult height, PHV or growth velocity from source measurements without an approved policy.
