Prof. Dr. Bülent Bayraktar has 30+ years of academic experience in sports medicine. He is Head of the Department of Sports Medicine at Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and the founding Dean of Istanbul University's Faculty of Sports Sciences.
He is the founder and director of Turkey's first "Child Welfare and Child Protection Programme in Sports," established at the Turkish Football Federation in 2013. He actively serves on health, performance and education committees at the TFF, the Tennis Federation, and the Weightlifting Federation.
He has served as team physician and head of health boards at Beşiktaş and Galatasaray sports clubs for many years; pioneered work that led sports sciences to be recognized as an associate-professor field in Turkey. As Scientific Board Chair of our platform, he provides academic oversight for all AI + health + sports modules.

Scientific accuracy
Every formula rests on peer-reviewed published literature. Khamis-Roche (1994), Bayley-Pinneau (1952), Neyzi (2008), Tanner (1986).
Screening, not diagnosis
All AI + risk scores are not for clinical diagnosis. They point to pediatrician + endocrinologist + dietitian consultation.
KVKK + ethics
Children's data is sensitive — explicit parental consent is required. Right to deletion + portability preserved. Hetzner Germany, KVKK-compliant.
Transparency
Every prediction is presented with confidence interval. Error margin + limitations clearly stated. AI is not a "black box" — explainable design.
Body-image safe
No diet/weight-loss language for children. Child Growth platform and Coach Academy apply body-image safe communication standard.
Independence
Scientific Board decisions are independent of commercial + marketing pressure. Clinical advice always puts science first.
