How is the programme personalized?
Three inputs: age and sex determine the LTAD stage and the distance to average PHV (peak height velocity); the sport fills the sessions with branch-specific skill, strength and conditioning drills.
Why do a boy and a girl of the same age get different programmes?
The growth spurt peaks around age ~11.8 in girls and ~13.8 in boys. That shifts LTAD stage boundaries and the load-reduction window around PHV — so the same age can produce a different programme.
Does this replace a coach?
No. It is an educational template: an evidence-based starting frame for families and coaches. Technique teaching, load adjustment and injury monitoring require coach supervision.
